Challenge
- Provide information about the start-up company’s Niagara
product line for remotely controlled building maintenance systems
- Develop a method for dealers to purchase Tridium’s JACE
Controllers and Niagara software licenses
Solution
- Developed a public web site that provided white papers, diagrams
and tours of the Niagara and JACE product lines
- Created a dealer extranet where dealers access a personalized
interface to purchase products and additional software licenses.
- Created a secure administrative function that allows Tridium
personnel to process orders
Result
- Dealers are using the system regularly to place orders and
track projects.
We also created a Version 2.0 of the Internet
site.
